Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled System Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and a solid background in software testing. The ideal candidate will facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and gather requirements effectively. This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with on-site presence required two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and gather requirements with stakeholders.
  • Execute software testing to ensure quality and functionality of applications.
  • Utilize RDBMS and SQL for database management and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with teams both remotely and on-site to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Top Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in System/Business Analysis
  • 2+ years of software testing experience
  • 1+ year of RDBMS/SQL experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
