Sparks Group has partnered with a woman-owned small consulting business seeking a part-time Proposal Manager. In this role you will be supporting the owner in fulfilling proposal development, coordination, writing editing and overall support to other small businesses to respond to proposal efforts. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of federal proposal experience and looking for part time work.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFP/RFQ requirements and develop winning proposals (schedules, outlines, presentations, etc.)
- Manage proposal content, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
- Write, edit, and format proposals and technical documents.
- Conduct compliance checks and guide proposal teams.
- Create and maintain reusable proposal content for future success.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Federal proposal preparation, coordination, and production
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Experience in Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred
