  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Are you an experienced Engineering and Product Leader ready to drive innovation and excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic leader to join our clients SLT, overseeing the product development department at a premier engineered products manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the engineering team, aligning product development with corporate strategy.
  • Big picture product development thinking
  • Utilise data-driven criteria to prioritise and develop product ideas that meet market demands.
  • Conduct engineering analysis, including preliminary design, lifecycle costs, and equipment selection.
  • Spearhead product development from concept through to market launch, ensuring project feasibility, budget alignment, and successful execution.
  • Manage project efficiency, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Review and refine engineering standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational excellence.
  • Oversee the company’s Quality Control program to maintain top standards in products and processes.
  • Guide performance management and certification compliance within the engineering team.

Physical & Technical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential engineering and product development tasks, including physical activities within the warehouse and office environments.
  • Proficiency with essential engineering tools, including CAD software and quality management systems.

Experience & Skills:

  • 8+ years in engineering (pumps, fluid dynamics, or related fields preferred) and 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards, CAD software, and engineering drawing interpretation.
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced math capabilities, and effective communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required; Master’s Degree preferred.
