Grid4 Communications, a leading MSP in Metro Detroit (Troy), is searching for a dynamic Implementation Manager to lead our cutting-edge onboarding processes, manage the deployment of our comprehensive suite of MSP tools, and spearhead process automation initiatives to redefine efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Champion the entire onboarding process for new clients, crafting a streamlined, frictionless experience that showcases Grid4 Communications' commitment to exceptional service

- Expertly manage the deployment and ongoing maintenance of our diverse MSP solutions and tools, including Connectwise Manage, Connectwise Automate, Auvik, IT Glue, Brightgauge, Proofpoint Essentials, Webroot, Sentinel1, Nerdio for Azure, and M365

- Drive the seamless integration of various platforms and tools, optimizing workflows and delivering an unparalleled customer experience that sets the industry standard

- Identify, develop, and implement game-changing process automation initiatives within and across platforms, collaborating with technical teams to maximize efficiency, scalability, and reliability

- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-impact projects

- Foster cross-departmental collaboration with sales, service desk, and technical support teams to drive continuous improvement in our MSP offerings and service delivery

- Remain on the cutting edge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MSP solution deployment and process automation, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain our competitive advantage

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

- 7+ years of progressive experience in IT project management, with a focus on MSP client onboarding, solution deployment, and process automation

- Proven expertise in MSP tools and technologies, with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in integrating, managing, and optimizing diverse platforms and solutions

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and engage cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships with clients

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a relentless dedication to continuous improvement and innovation

- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of complex, high-value projects
