Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is a creative and data-driven professional who oversees and executes integrated marketing programs for GO Media s clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing traditional and digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and trusted vendors. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong background in omni-channel marketing, who can drive brand growth, engage with key stakeholders, and optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution skills, with a deep understanding of market trends and emerging technologies.
Essential Functions & Outputs
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for clients across industries.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize data to inform marketing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Campaign Management: Create and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. Work with an integrated team and trusted vendors to ensure campaigns are targeted, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
- Content Creation: Create copy and collaborate with our graphic designers to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, website content, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute trade shows and other industry events.
- Budget Management: Mange and track marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics and KPIs to measure success and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including creative, social media, project management and account management to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in creating copy for marketing ads and social media.
- High attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment that has ever-changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ambitious, driven and hard-working.
