Job Summary

As a Client Strategy Manager, you will be the main point of contact for 25-30 clients, focused on finding new customers for them through effective email marketing campaigns that drive their growth and success. In this dynamic role, youll create and implement customized lead generation and marketing strategies that deliver real results. Regular communication with clients will allow you to provide expert insights and support, especially in crafting effective email marketing campaigns and managing contract renewals. Key Duties/Expectations:

  • Conduct monthly strategy sessions with clients, providing insights to align marketing efforts with their business objectives.
  • Create compelling business and sales copy for email campaigns, monitoring performance metrics to ensure effective engagement and conversion.
  • Lead continuous training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and drive impactful results for Facturs clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with strategic direction across Facturs Lead Generation and Marketing service offerings, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Conduct bi-weekly video check-ins with clients to refine strategies, review campaign performance, and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Formulate and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on optimizing email marketing efforts to increase engagement.
  • Oversee the contract renewal process, ensuring timely communication and negotiation to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Lead weekly internal meetings to optimize team efforts, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  • Monitor client performance metrics, reporting on KPIs and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guide campaign optimization and ensure alignment with client expectations.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and lead generation tactics, particularly email campaign management.

  • Copywriting skills, especially for crafting persuasive email campaigns.

Outcomes/Measures of Success over the Next 12 Months

  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with all assigned clients to provide strategic direction and guidance.
  • Achieve an 80% client retention rate through proactive engagement and effective strategy development.
  • Generate feedback on lead quality from at least 80% of clients to continually improve campaign targeting and messaging.

Additional Education/Knowledge/Skills Requirements

  • Knowledge or experience within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong copywriting skills, including familiarity with best practices in marketing and sales content.

Location

This position offers a flexible hybrid structure with both remote work and in-office days as needed. At least 2 days a week are required in-office (first 90 days is 4 days a week). The office is located at 9000 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis, IN

% of Time Core Functions

  • 40% Optimizing campaigns by improving messaging, targeting, and overall performance.
  • 30% Leading internal team collaborations to ensure campaign success.
  • 30% Consulting clients via video on lead follow-up, campaign improvements, and contract renewals.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $85,000 per year (Base pay + uncapped commission).
