Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager at Edovate Learning Corp. will oversee the full spectrum of marketing activities for Edovate Learning Corporation and its brands, including Bridgeway Academy, Elephango, Discover, and Curriculum Express. This leadership support role is responsible for managing marketing team members and implementing and managing constructed campaigns to drive sales revenue. The Digital Marketing Manager will ensure that marketing initiatives are effectively executed, campaigns are optimized for success and drive lead generation. This position requires strong people management skills, excellent cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to running and evaluating marketing efforts. This position will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
This is a fully remote position. Requirements:Team Leadership:
- Mentor and develop a team of marketing professionals spanning various roles, including but not limited to Social Community Manager; Marketing Project Manager; Graphic Design, Digital Marketing Specialist; and Field Marketing Specialist.
- Ensure that all team members are on track to achieve their implementation goals and are successfully completing their assignments.
- Facilitate collaboration between team members and other departments (sales, creative, product, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign execution and evaluation.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to review progress, provide guidance, and support professional development.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects for all company brands, ensuring that each aligns with the company s strategic objectives and is optimized for maximum performance.
- Implement systems and processes to track the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media activities, and event marketing.
- Analyze data from tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Google Ads to identify trends, assess campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Ensure regular reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to the VP of Sales and Marketing, including campaign performance, ROI, lead generation, and audience engagement metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
Budget Management:
- Manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently across campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.
- Track and report on campaign spend, ensuring that marketing efforts remain within budget and generate positive ROI.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to align marketing strategies with broader company objectives, including sales growth and customer retention.
- Work with product and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support product launches, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and service providers to ensure high-quality execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
Innovation and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, social media, and event marketing.
- Recommend new tools, platforms, and strategies to keep Edovate Learning Corporation at the forefront of marketing innovation.
- Explore new opportunities for brand growth, including emerging platforms and marketing channels.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. A master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Google Ads) is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and event marketing initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of marketing platforms and tools, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of marketers.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the education, e-learning, or EdTech industries.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
