ENKON Information Systems Inc. specializes in creating web-enabled Land Information Management Systems for clients around the world. We are an innovative company with offices in Victoria, B.C and Gaborone, Botswana. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Administrator to join our Product Delivery Team. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with clients, values team collaboration, has a love of learning, and is able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

As a company, we host monthly Lunch & Learns where we learn new technology related to our product and new operational systems being implemented.

The operations team is client focused and provides support to the product development team. You will be on a team responsible for the implementation, quality assurance, and maintenance of the product. We work closely together and support one another to provide the best possible service to our clients.

Job Type: Full-time - Salary

The position will be at our office in Victoria, BC.

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • 2-4 years experience in project administration or project management;
  • University degree, or equivalent work experience;
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Project;
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence);
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and technology project lifecycles;
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities; and
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of broad Land Management Practices;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial tracking.

Your duties will include:

  • Assist in implementing ENKON s Land Management Software;
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes;
  • Maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk logs;
  • Ensure that all project documents are properly filed and accessible to team members;
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders;
  • Handle procurement of necessary project resources and materials; and
  • Support project managers in administrative tasks as needed.
