Description:
TEKsystems is looking for an Infrastructure Services Quality Analyst to support various compliance requirements coming from their Quality team. The Quality Analyst will help support the review, document gathering and response process for Supplier Quality Assessments, CAPAs and AQR audits. Candidates should have strong understanding of Quality requirements in life sciences companies. The resource will be responsible for using Mfiles to enter and update System Risk Classification, download Systems Risk Classifications, Downloading list of tools from ServiceNow to confirm all have SRC an help create the SRC with the system owners when they do not. Additionally, the IS Quality Analyst will help with Data Lifecycle Management requirements and provide general Audit support . Strong understanding of Quality processes (GMP, GDP, GxP) is needed. Prior familiarity and understanding of IT & technology is preferred. Candidates will need to be comfortable communicating with Technical SME's and acting as a liaison between IT teams and the internal quality / audit teams.
