Purpose:
This position is part of the services engagement and readiness team, responsible for maintaining live/recorded webcasts and online/hybrid meeting facilitation services, technology components, processes, and strategies.
Description:
  • Manage educational video content webcast live or recorded on multiple channels including YouTube, Microsoft Teams, and Facebook.
  • Record and publish webcast events from remote locations and in a studio.
  • Edit, archive, publish, and produce media projects to meet complex and high-volume video and webcasting needs.
  • Assist in setting up and coordinating live webcasts.
  • Support multiple platform and access methods for staff and students.
  • Ensure proper operation of webcast technologies including VPN connectivity support and local network connectivity for off-site video/audio services.
  • Stay up to date on new and emerging technologies to improve existing services or create new solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Utilize tracking tools to accurately record work effort against current processes in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Position may require periodic on-call duty outside normal business hours to ensure systems are operating as intended and time-sensitive deliverables are addressed.
