As a Client Services & Solutions Analyst with GTreasury, you will bring your treasury and derivative hedge accounting experience to provide superlative support for our corporate treasury and accounting clients as well as internal clients to support our Hedge Trackers line of business.

Working under moderate supervision, this position interacts with clients in treasury and accounting with respect to our risk management software. This role will engage directly with external and internal clients, and support personnel in the full life cycle of automation of exposure tracking, trade management, journal entry preparation and disclosure reporting in order to manage foreign currency and interest rate risk and record proper derivative accounting. Learn the risk management software from Day 1 with our clients assisting in prospective client demos all the way through the implementation of our systems and finally providing on-going support. Work alongside the software development team to help identify client-desired system enhancements and ultimately see through the testing of these new features. You will have a deep understanding of treasury and derivative hedge accounting and an intrinsic drive to solve complex problems.

Essential Duties:

• Utilize critical thinking and prioritization skills to provide exceptional risk management software support to internal and external customers during assigned shift times
• Participate in new client system implementations from demoing our software through training and hand-off to the support desk
• Investigate client system-related issues and propose both short-term and long-term solutions
• Engage with the internal software team to report and user acceptance test both bugs and new system enhancements
  

Skills & Requirements:

• 6-10+ years in a corporate treasury, finance, or accounting role preferred
• Plus 5 years of experience in hedge accounting
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems
• Exceptional ability to prioritize business needs on a daily basis based on severity and assess impact to internal and external customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully deliver on multiple client requests and complex projects at once
• Experience doing work in Excel, both basic and advanced
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with tight deadlines
• Focus on delivering results in a team-based environment with a growth mindset
• Hedge accounting software knowledge in one or more of these systems: CapellaFX, GTreasury, Kyriba, Reval, or SunGard a plus
• Past experience with accounting software system implementation, QA, beta testing or writing software business requirements, or experience with using Jira a plus
  

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree required, Master s degree preferred or equivalent experience

• MBA or CPA preferred

  • Salary: The expected median salary for this role is $95,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance, qualifications, experience, and location.
