Job Description:

OTC PROD Issues Triage & Support: Manage and resolve OTC production issues related to Billing Integration and Marketplace Integration.

Billing Integration BSA Track Lead: Lead the Billing Integration BSA track, monitor fallout, and implement corrective actions as needed.

OTC Enhancements: Oversee Change Request (CR) tracking and enhancement build, testing, and delivery to ensure enhancements meet business needs.

Dependency Tracking: Coordinate and track CCP/Fusion dependencies to ensure alignment and progress across projects.

CtB Project Deliverables: Ensure project deliverables are met for various initiatives within the Order to Cash process.

Commerce CCP Program Finance Track Lead: Act as the lead for the Commerce CCP program's finance track, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate on the Commerce CCP FY25 roadmap to ensure strategic alignment and execution of financial initiatives.

Capabilities Impact Analysis: Conduct Finance Impact Analysis and functional design for CCP FY25 Q1/Q2 capabilities to assess implications for business processes.

Drive Finance Impact DACIs: Facilitate the driving of finance impact DACIs (Decision Accountability, Consulted, Informed) for the Commerce CCP initiatives.

Oracle Advanced Collections Project Lead: Lead initiatives within the Oracle Advanced Collections module to enhance collections processes and efficiency.

OpsGenie MBR AI Automation Project Lead: Oversee the OpsGenie MBR AI Automation project to improve operational efficiencies through automation.

FedRamp Phase 2 Lead: Take charge of FedRamp Phase 2 initiatives, ensuring compliance and alignment with federal regulations.

Treasury Track Activities Tracking & Support: Monitor and support Treasury track activities, ensuring all related tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle OTC Consultant or in a similar role.

Strong expertise in Oracle applications, particularly within Order to Cash and Billing Integration.

Proven track record of leading projects and managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with Change Requests, impact analysis, and financial modeling is preferred.

Familiarity with FedRamp compliance and Treasury operations is a plus.
