Job Title: Digital Advertising Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Advertising Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will focus on managing digital ad campaigns to drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email marketing, and a strong understanding of SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Meta Ads Management:

Create, manage, and optimize ads using Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram). Adjust targeting for maximum reach and engagement.

Google Ads Management:

Execute and track Google Ads, optimizing for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and ROI.

Email Marketing:

Execute email marketing blasts using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or equivalent platforms. Maintain segmented lists and create conversion-focused email marketing assets that engage and nurture leads.

SEO & Keyword Optimization:

Ensure digital campaigns are backed by strong SEO practices. Research and implement relevant keywords and continually refine strategies for better visibility and organic search rankings.

Audience Targeting & Analytics:

Utilize data analytics and insights from advertising platforms to refine targeting strategies. Make data-driven decisions to improve ad performance and reach desired customer segments.

Graphic Design:

Create engaging ad visuals and email banners using Canva or Photoshop. Design assets that resonate with the target audience and align with brand aesthetics.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Meta Business Suite) and Google Ads campaigns.

Solid understanding of email marketing principles, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance optimization.

Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and best practices for keyword research and content optimization.

Ability to analyze advertising performance data and make recommendations for improvement.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop for creating digital marketing assets.
