A bit about us:



A Charlotte, NC based Medical company is searching for a Systems Support Analyst as they continue to grow. This person will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating support activities related to systems, networking, device connectivity, and data management based on requirements. This person will provide support of all hardware/software issues, performs application installation, configuration and maintenance for technology systems and servers at customers sites.

Job Details



The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ Years of Technical experience
  • Healthcare IT Experience would be preferred
  • Systems experience and technical knowledge related to networks, systems, servers, applications, software and data
  • SQL, PowerShell, and HL7 Data experience would be great to have
  • Excellent communication skills
