  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a Commercial PC Account Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Book roll of CPP and BOP (ROLL IS TO SAME CARRIER NEW PRODUCT)
  • Rating with proprietary carrier system.
  • Data entry and maintain accurate customer database
  • Contact with existing clients through telephone and email.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of carrier specific product

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years commercial PC (Pa. Licensed) experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • complete understanding of CPP & BOP insurance products
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarly with Microsoft Office
