We are seeking a Data Analyst with 6+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis and a strong technical background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models, including statistical and predictive models using Python or R.
  • Automate routine data reporting tasks and processes using scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
  • Lead ETL processes and ensure data quality by optimizing data pipelines with tools like Talend or Apache Airflow.
  • Analyze and visualize complex datasets to present clear, actionable insights to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to support business decisions and product optimization.
  • Manage and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, or related fields, preferably in [industry].
  • Proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets, optimizing database performance.
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Advanced skills in Python or R for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.
