SUMMARY: The purpose of this role is to be the starting point for all job entries into the company database.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transfer data from mechanical plans in PDF formats into company databases for HVAC projects (training provided)
Customer service
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience with data entry- accuracy and speed is very critical
Excellent written and verbal communication
Computer skills required: Microsoft Outlook, Fast typing skills (ability to use a dual screen set up)
Other skills required: High attention to detail, Ability to multitask, Team player
High School Diploma or GED
