Role and Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will coordinate and lead key project activities within an agile, continuous deployment environment. Primary responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing project meetings and stakeholder communication
• Coordinating with service integrators, partners, and vendors
• Monitoring and managing project budget and forecasts
• Overseeing risk, issue, and dependency management

Required Skills and Experience:

• Project Management: 3-5 years of experience in a lead role, with demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
• Financial Management: 3-5 years of experience in budget monitoring and forecast management
• Risk & Dependency Management: Strong experience managing project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Agile Environment: 3-5 years of experience working in agile and continuous deployment settings

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and coordinate complex technical projects
• Familiarity with business and management principles, strategic planning, and resource allocation

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred
• Scrum Master Certification is a plus but not required

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
