Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AWS Connect Developer to design, implement, and manage cloud-based contact center solutions using the Amazon Connect platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building call flows and IVR systems, as well as a deep understanding of various AWS services. This role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing technical consulting engagements to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement call flows and IVR systems within AWS Connect.
  • Configure and manage the Amazon Connect platform and related AWS services, including Comprehend, DynamoDB, Kinesis Data Stream, Kinesis Video, Lambda, Lex, S3, Transcribe, Polly, and Salesforce.
  • Participate in end-to-end cloud projects, ensuring effective project execution and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain application architectures and utilize software development tools and methodologies.
  • Provide technical consulting and architecture guidance to multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Design, deliver, and troubleshoot virtual networks in AWS.
  • Assess and apply the AWS Well-Architected Framework to ensure best practices in cloud architecture.
  • Manage AWS environments, including architecture design, automation, network engineering, security, storage, and systems administration.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, promoting a team-oriented atmosphere and valuing diverse opinions.
  • Stay current with emerging technology trends and apply relevant knowledge to improve solutions and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in building call flows and IVR systems using AWS Connect.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services, including Comprehend, DynamoDB, Kinesis (Data Stream and Video), Lambda, Lex, S3, Transcribe, Polly, and Salesforce.
  • Experience in managing and architecting AWS environments, demonstrating a strong technical background.
  • Familiarity with application architectures, software development tools, and methodologies.
  • Proven track record in successful technical consulting and architecture engagements.
  • Experience in virtual network design and troubleshooting in AWS.
  • Active AWS Associate-level certifications are required.
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management languages (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, CDK, Azure RM Templates, Ansible).
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and fulfilling responsibilities.
