Web Analytics and Tagging Lead Mountain View (Onsite) Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Tagging Architecture, Implementation, and Documentation process.
- Actively manage the prioritization and communication strategy for the tagging process.
- Develop a deep understanding of the website and mobile architecture, online business model, and marketing strategy.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and guide the definition of business requirements and key performance indicators.
- Lead the process of implementing Target Activities and design customized solutions for technical tag implementation.
- Generate custom digital analytics collection code and assist in its implementation and deployment.
- Collaborate with remote teams on tagging operations and implement enhancements.
- Establish a governance process to maintain implementation integrity.
- Ensure adherence to privacy and compliance policies, including CCPA, GDPR, and cookie-less architecture.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital analytics, Adobe tag management, and data layers.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, mobile platforms, DTM, and Tag Management Systems.
- Extensive experience with Google and Tealium tools.
- Proven track record of identifying non-functional requirements (NFRs) and recommending solution designs.
- Led more than one end-to-end AEM Sites implementation (server-side experience required).
- Skilled in identifying and documenting functional and technical requirements.
- Ability to drive thought leadership and ensure tagging standardization across regions.
- Familiarity with privacy-compliant tagging processes (CCPA, GDPR) and cookie-less architecture.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a results-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Experience supporting A/B testing in Target and KPI tracking.
- Desired: Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, or similar web analytics tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Adobe Launch experience.
- Intermediate-to-advanced JavaScript skills.
- AEM Assets and AEM Sites Architect certifications.
- Website optimization and web development consulting experience.
- Familiarity with Single Page Application (SPA) analytics.
- Expertise in mobile and/or media analytics.
