MDM Strategy and Design:

- Develop and maintain the organization's MDM strategy, vision, and roadmap.

- Design MDM solutions on EnterWorks that align with business objectives and data governance standards.

Data Architecture:

Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture, including master data models and data integration strategies.

Ensure data models created in EnterWorks are robust, scalable, and support data quality and consistency.

Data Governance:

Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices.

Collaborate with data stewards and data owners to define data governance rules and responsibilities.

MDM Implementation:

Lead the implementation of MDM solutions on EnterWorks ensuring best practices and learnings are followed.

Oversee data modeling, data mapping, and integration processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Data Quality Management:

Develop and implement data quality standards, metrics, and processes.

Monitor data quality and proactively address data anomalies and inconsistencies.

Integration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT departments to ensure seamless data integration.

Design and implement data integration workflows, data synchronization, and data migration processes.

Vendor Management:

Evaluate and select MDM software and technology vendors.

Collaborate with vendors to ensure that MDM solutions meet the organization's needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Engage with business units and data owners to understand their data needs and challenges.

Provide guidance on data-related issues and contribute to data-related decision-making.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor the performance of Precisely MDM systems and make recommendations for improvements.

Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues as they arise.

Documentation and Training:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for MDM solutions, data models, and processes.

Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to IT teams and business users.

Pre-requisites:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Overall 12+ years of technical experience.

- Extensive experience (8+ years) in MDM architecture, design, and implementation. Experience in EnterWorks is a must have.

- Strong expertise in MDM tools and technologies (e.g., Precisely - EnterWorks MDM).

- Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.

- In-depth knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.

- Familiarity with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

- Certification in MDM or related fields is a plus.
