Job Description

We are seeking a Workday Configuration Analyst to join the Technology team for a temporary, remote assignment over a four-month period. This role may involve working with teammates and business partners across the globe and advising on optimal system configurations. The primary focus will be on Workday Security, Organizations, and Business Processes, with particular expertise in Recruiting and Talent Management functional areas. The analyst will be responsible for configuring new solutions, supporting deployment, and managing hypercare of Workday-integrated talent applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product management leads and peers to understand business needs, propose solutions, and analyze system changes.
  • Configure new features for deployment.
  • Document processes and procedures as necessary.
  • Support Workday integrations into other HR systems.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of system experience, with at least 2+ years of Workday experience.
  • Ability to connect Workday capabilities to business needs and design configurations accordingly.
  • Knowledge of reporting and calculated fields to support core processes and ensure data integrity.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing systems in multiple regions and familiarity with global work environments.
  • Experience working in agile software development environments.
