Responsibilities:
Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies and proposals
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market motions
Coordinate, support proof-of-concept efforts to convert to ongoing engagements
Engaging clients on regular basis to identify needs, gather requirements, manage issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics or related field
At least 2 years of working experience in CRM, marketing and/or Gen AI in business development or business analyst or other operational roles
Client facing experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with CRM platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, etc.
Knowledge of Gen AI technologies and their applications in the digital landscape is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proven track record of driving results and contributing to business growth.
