- Experience working with non-profit organizations a plus, but not needed.
Knowledge and Skills
- Operational Project Management
- Documentation, process standardization and documentation
- Smartsheets or Asana would be ideal
- Do not need an IT PM, more management of applications
WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with organizations across the country to get internet connectivity to people at home who cannot afford it. Started during pandemic and continues.
- Improving structural foundation program
- We manage escalations and track effectiveness in lift zones. (Lift zone is a nonprofit foundation we provide internet access to)
- When we onboard a new partner, that process is not as standardized as we would like it to be.
- We want to standardize process and housing of info
