  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Software Resources, Inc. has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for a Telecom Engineer/Architect with a major corporation in Orlando, FL.

Schedule: Hybrid (2 days per week on-site in Orlando, FL)
Summary:
We are looking for a long term Telecom Engineer/Architect who can help us support our on-prem phone system connected to 15,000 phones in 300 buildings throughout Orange County. We have a mixture of VOIP, Digital, Analog, and 4 core PBXs.

Part of the job requires on-site work, but much of it can be performed remotely (50/50). Will be troubleshooting, upgrading, and integrating servers.
Day-to-day moves/adds/changes and handset installations are typically performed by other team members. This position will provide next-level support to the other team members. A successful candidate would have experience equivalent to Avaya Tier 3 support.
