The ideal candidate will have expertise in SolarWinds, Grafana, and ThousandEyes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining observability solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of our systems.

Work model:

  • Open to on-site, remote, or hybrid

What you will do:

  • Design and implement monitoring solutions using SolarWinds, Grafana, and ThousandEyes
  • Develop dashboards and alerts to provide visibility into system performance and health
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues
  • Work to continuously improve observability practices and tools to enhance system reliability
  • Document observability processes and train team members on best practices

What you will need to be successful:

  • Proven experience with SolarWinds, Grafana, and ThousandEyes
  • Strong understanding of observability principles and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
