Note: Three (3) days on-site and up to two days of remote work, Monday through Friday.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure and customize existing ServiceNow applications, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and user interfaces to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other business systems using APIs and web services.
  • Create and maintain scripts to automate tasks and processes within ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into ServiceNow data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and incidents reported by users.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to ServiceNow users.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other IT team members to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.
  • Participate in ServiceNow training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability of ServiceNow applications.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of ServiceNow documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Participate in ServiceNow testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Assist in the deployment and migration of ServiceNow applications.
  • Monitor the performance and health of ServiceNow instances.
  • Implement security measures to protect ServiceNow data and applications.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and workflows.
  • Research and evaluate new ServiceNow technologies and tools.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing ServiceNow performance and scalability.
  • Participate in ServiceNow community forums and events.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with other ServiceNow developers.
  • Mentor junior ServiceNow developers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation of ServiceNow knowledge base articles and FAQs.
  • Assist in the development of ServiceNow training programs for end-users.
  • Support the implementation of ServiceNow governance and compliance policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT service management.
