Client is looking for an experienced GenAI Project Manager to lead and manage GenAI projects with strong understanding of AI technologies, project management methodologies.

• Ability to drive cross-functional teams.
• He/ She should come with 6-7 years of experience and ready to work from the Hartford office.
• Standard PM with strong communication and Healthcare experience
• A minimum of 10 years industry experience with 4-6 years in project management covering the full software development life cycle
• Possess client facing experience in a global setting.
• Bachelor s Degree in a related field, PMP Certification, MBA would be an added advantage.
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of project(s) and scope.
• Planning and implementation of a project
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Assemble and coordinate project team.
• Manage project budget.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Manage project revenue, Technical and financial reporting.
• Deliver high quality software solutions using a predictable delivery process.
• Set clear expectations for the project with a focus on achieving results efficiently.
