Base Salary - $150-$180K / double OTE
Our client is seeking an Director of Sales to drive their U.S. institutional and enterprise sales efforts.
They are a leader in blockchain technology, delivering world-class infrastructure and security solutions to major financial institutions worldwide. We're looking for somebody to drive sales with institutional and enterprise accounts. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customer needs and should be knowledgeable across technical, operational, and economic aspects of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and protocols.
This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.
Your Role and Contributions
- Lead the sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals with large institutional and enterprise clients.
- Align sales initiatives with company goals and maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting.
- Provide pre- and post-sales product support, and share customer feedback with product teams.
- Represent the company at events, create client reports, and drive KPI-based sales performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in tech, crypto, or blockchain.
- Strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and experience in B2B SaaS/infrastructure sales.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Strong analytical abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
