System Integration:
Collaborate with IT and business units to design and implement EDI integrations.
Analyze and optimize existing EDI workflows and processes for improved efficiency.
Oversee data mapping and translation processes between systems.
Project Management:
Lead EDI-related projects from initiation through completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor EDI and business technology staff.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate reports on EDI performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in EDI management or business technology roles.
Strong knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) and relevant software tools.
Proficiency in data mapping and integration technologies.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Project management experience and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are desirable.
