  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Reservation Agent at Grand American Tours. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, making reservations, and offering travel consulting services to clients. This is a salaried position.

Qualifications

  • Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills, especially cruises and groups
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience in making travel arrangements and reservations
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience and patience with senior citizens
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, and also contribute to a team
  • Willing to take responsibility for your groups from beginning to end
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of popular cruise lines and destinations is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
