Job Description
A FAW Lead at Accelalpha is expected to engage in activities in support of day-to-day project implementation activities. The FAW Lead is an experienced consultant who will drive the technical solution design and implementation for Oracle Analytics Warehouse (FAW.
Role & Responsibilities
- As part of the implementation team, prepare for, facilitate and gain client agreement on integration architecture strategy and data integration strategy.
- Design and implement data models to support clients analytical reporting requirements, reports and dashboards. Setup application per client needs to manage their data models and data pipelines.
- Enable FAW to support external data integration with other platforms.
- Perform hands-on delivery of workshops, configuration, and other project tasks as necessary.
- Assist with provisioning FAW, verify FAW pre-requisites, configure and activate pipeline data loads.
- Perform data validation and QA in preparation for UAT.
- Leverage best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Assist with project timelines for the FAW workstream, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Identify, manage, and communicate issues and risks, escalating as required to Senior Management.
- Understand client needs and proactively make suggestions that will improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Hands-on and demonstrable experience and knowledge of implementing Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and BI Analytics using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
- Experience in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Data Modelling, Oracle SQL Developer, Data warehouse concepts and implementation, analytics and advanced analytics concepts and implementation.
- Development experience of custom Data Warehouse projects using ETL tool as ODI/ODI Marketplace on OCI infrastructure.
- Functional understanding of Oracle Applications (HCM, ERP and SCM modules) data models and public view object (PVO) analysis and designing star schema modeling in Data Warehouse.
- Prior Oracle data warehouse experience, ideally with integration to/from Oracle Applications/third-party applications.
- Prior ODI/OBIA experience would be added plus.
- Excellent SQL query and debugging skills.
- Experience working within a consultancy/systems integrator a bonus.
- Ability to service multiple clients and prioritize needs.
- Committed team player who is willing to share, learn and support fellow team members.
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative.

US Base Pay Disclosure
Accelalpha follows a fair and equitable payment practice, taking into account many factors such as the candidate s skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the expected base salary range is USD $150,000 to $170,000.
In addition to the base salary, this position includes an annual performance bonus, and other benefits such as 401(k), healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Please consider that some benefits are voluntary and may require economic participation both from the company and the employee.
Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.

US Base Pay Disclosure
Accelalpha follows a fair and equitable payment practice, taking into account many factors such as the candidate s skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the base salary range is USD $140,000 to $160,,000.
