  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high standards of software quality.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improve product performance.
  • Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and timeline estimations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Principal Software Engineer or in a similar leadership role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript; experience with modern frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading teams and collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
