IT Desktop Support Specialist

Network Logic is seeking a Professional & experienced

Network Administrator and Desktop support technician to join our team!

Network Logic has been in business since 1998 and Provides Managed I.T. Services to

a very diverse Corporate Clientele located in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.

The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience working as a Level 2 or 3 Desktop Support Technician,

This position is very dynamic, and the ideal candidate should also have Networking Trouble-shooting experience to resolve

issues in the field while working with Managed Switches, Routers, Firewalls and other Networking Gear.

1-to-2-years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 - Bit Defender, as well as Microsoft Server OS, Active Directory and Group Policies is highly recommended for this position.

The Responsibilities For this position Include but are not Limited to:

• Provide Level 2 /3 , Network administration support and network troubleshooting services for our corporate clients.
• Manage Clients Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, and resolve other I.T. related problems.
• Install , configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet Layer 3 switches, Firewalls and Routers.
• Track customer issues and resolutions, manage clients' backups, using DATTO RMM.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies and Cloud Hosted Database Servers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' Experience in working in the IT Field, primarily working in Desktop Support/ Network Admin Roles
• Ability to build rapport with clients and highly organized. This position requires strong verbal and written skills
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills and this applicant must be very organized.
• Positive and professional demeanor

This position is challenging, requires an individual with above average organizational and multi-tasking skills.

At times, Network Logic I.T. staff are asked to go on-site to provide certain type of upgrades. This could be on their Network Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Servers, Computers and other Technology.

The applicant must possess hands-on experience working with Managed Cisco, Ubiquity, Fortinet Switches, Routers and Firewalls.

The applicant should possess at least 3 years of extensive I.T support working with Windows 10, Windows 11,

Experience working with Microsoft Server, 2016, 2019, and 2022 O.S., including experience working with Active Directory and Group Polices a Plus.

Must have Experience working with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 security products.
