Media Software services company is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Project Manager. 100% remote.
Position: Service Delivery Project Manager
Reporting to: VP of Operations (New York, NY)
Summary:
The Project Manager is fully responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of digital media network rollouts for new and existing clients.
The role requires solid experience and successful project management track record in managing multi-faceted projects within a commercial media and technology environment. We are small team servicing multiple clients from different industries. This is a “hands on”, “get things done” role, where a common sense approach is crucial. You need to be a self-starter in this role and willing to take initiative to get results.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Communication
o Lead Client communication during lifecycle of project
o Liaise with Account team on progress and agree appropriate Client Communication
o Monitoring progress of project against agreed plan, escalation to VP Operations of any slippage or risks to project
o Coordination & attendance of project meetings, including production of meeting agendas & minutes
o Day to day communication and planning via Project Management tool Wrike
- Documentation
o Preparing Project Documentation - Project Scopes, Schedule & Budget documents
o Creation of Project Folder, updating and publishing of documents to shared server for team use
o Accurately capturing & documenting client requirements and obtaining internal and external signoff within overall project plan.
Qualified Background:
3+ years’ experience in Production/Project Management/Service Delivery roles
Excellent client communication skills, servicing a range of different industries.
Knowledge of internet & IP connectivity preferred
Very proficient with common business software, such as MS Office
Experience with Basecamp, Wrike, Asana Project tracking tools
