We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale, multi-functional projects across Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, Infrastructure, and Information Security & Risk Management. This role is ideal for an expert in Acquisition & Divestiture and Agile methodologies with demonstrated experience in handling complex budgets of $10MM or more. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project alignment with strategic objectives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing the seamless execution of initiatives.

responsibilities:



  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy and cross-functional coordination.
  • Manage and oversee projects involving Acquisition & Divestiture, optimizing processes for seamless transitions and successful outcomes.
  • Champion Agile methodologies, facilitating Agile practices across teams to enhance project efficiency, transparency, and adaptability.
  • Drive collaboration and communication among Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, Infrastructure, and ISRM teams, fostering a cohesive approach to program delivery.
  • Manage budgets exceeding $10MM, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and financial targets are met.
  • Report on program status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project processes to enhance efficiency, accountability, and value delivery.

Qualifications:




  • Experience: 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager, managing complex, cross-functional projects at scale.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Acquisition & Divestiture and Agile methodologies.
  • Multi-functional Knowledge: Proven track record of working across Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, Infrastructure (Technology Services), and ISRM.
  • Financial Acumen: strong experience managing budgets of $10MM or more.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on fostering cross-departmental collaboration and clear stakeholder engagement.
