The IT Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
This role requires a deep understanding of IT projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Resource Management: Identify and manage project resources, including personnel, technology, and budget.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze project performance and implement best practices for project management and process improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector (minimum [X] years).
Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
Experience with software development processes and technologies is preferred.
