Job Title: Technical Project Manager (FTP Migration & Infrastructure)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the migration of FTP systems and manage infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for FTP migration and infrastructure projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, development, and operations teams, to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
Technical Oversight:
- Provide technical guidance and support during the FTP migration process, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Oversee infrastructure setup, configuration, and testing related to the FTP migration.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Conduct regular project reviews and updates, adjusting plans as necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, and post-implementation reviews.
- Generate and present project reports and metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focus on FTP migration and infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of FTP protocols, file transfer methods, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Knowledge of network architecture and security best practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
