Responsibilities:

  • Manage a dynamic backlog of product tests, ensuring timely and accurate project execution.
  • Oversee and lead cross-functional projects, prioritizing results while balancing multiple high-priority tasks.
  • Develop and maintain quarterly benchmark data to measure performance across Bateman Collective's book of business.
  • Design and execute ad campaign tests based on best practices within Google, Facebook, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to identify market opportunities and align project goals with client needs.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, or similar degree with 2+ years of experience with Digital Ads.
  • Innovative Problem-Solver: You have a deep understanding of Google, Facebook, and Microsoft Ads, particularly in advanced techniques like conversion tracking, value-based bid optimization, and end-to-end tracking.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: With a solid grasp of basic statistics (sample size, statistical significance), you measure performance effectively and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Strong Communicator: You can quickly build rapport across teams, inspiring and motivating others. Your communication is clear, positive, and persuasive, ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders.
