Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support

our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention

to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to property managers and other team members.

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

• Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.

• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and property management documents.

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings.

• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked.

• Assist with tenant communications and requests, ensuring a high level of customer service.

• Process invoices, maintain financial records, and assist with budgeting tasks.

• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on service issues.

• Perform general office duties, including data entry and document preparation.

• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in property

management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and property

management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
