Role and Responsibilities:
ServiceNow SME Consultants Focused on ServiceNow BCM, APM or IRM (or a combo of these):
- This position requires 10+ years' experience in implementing ServiceNow as a platform and 3+ years' experience with the Application Portfolio Management capability/functionality parts of ServiceNow.
- The ideal candidate for this role has 10+ years of relevant work experience to ServiceNow implemenation work.
- Should be well versed with a broad range of ServiceNow modules such as ServiceNow platform modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB & Service Catalogs.
- Interacts with leadership team and end users, understand current implementation, pain points & goals, Propose a blue-print for end-state in ServiceNow using platform-led approach and get stake holders buy-in.
- Follows company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.
- Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
- Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback.
- Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency.
- Participates in architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or equivalent Degree in the required field.
