Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand our services and reach.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with the overall mission and vision of the organization .
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the sales team, and regularly review and assess progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and accountability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase referrals and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients and referral sources.
- Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and materials that support sales efforts.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging across all sales and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement with target audiences.
- Attends and participates in local medical and physician society functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in home health, hospice, palliative care, or private care services is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
