JOB DESCRIPTION

• Development and management of the organization s new CIA and other Required Learning courses to be implemented through their LMS, CSOD, Up4Growth, system. Vendor will ensure SOPs surrounding course development and deployment through Up4Growth are created, implemented, and followed.
• Other deliverables and responsibilities for this project may be identified during the course of the project and approved based upon the mutual agreement of Client and Vendor project managers. Any change in deliverables and/or responsibilities may require an increase in funding and, if so, will need to be approved by both Client and Vendor prior to work commencing via the execution of a Scope Change Request (SCR).
• Client will provide all necessary background documentation and resources to ensure Vendor is aware of and understands current business needs, configurations, and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Management of the organization s CIA and other Required Learning courses to be implemented through their LMS, CSOD, Up4Growth, system.
• Ensure SOPs surrounding course development and deployment through Up4Growth are created, implemented, updated as necessary, and followed
• Maintain and update Groups and Group documentation. Assist in validation of Groups for accuracy of audience as defined by Group
• Responsible for getting training into CSOD/Up4G per a Train Trax request, utilizing the Course Owner provided metadata and vendor provided Scorm package
• Assist in the testing of all e-learning training modules
• Responsible for assigning training to appropriate Audience utilizing Groups per the CIA Training Plan.
• Post launch validation to ensure the course went to the appropriate audience as defined in the CIA Training Plan
• Assist with assignment and maintenance of Training Exempt role to appropriate users.
• Run ad-hoc reports for content owners
• Work with Learning Services on issue resolution
• Serve as CSOD SME.
