REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing preferably within a luxury, lifestyle or design-focused brand
  • Proven expertise in managing and growing social media platforms, including Instagram, Linked-In, Pinterest, blogging and email campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for written and visual storytelling, design, and emerging digital trends
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools with SEO experience
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with design tools and applications, such as Canva, Adobe or other content creation tools

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Amplify and refine the voice of Kristin Burke Interiors through beautiful and strategic storytelling
  • Curate and communicate our brand identity, ensuring our online presence reflects our timeless style and commitment to our clients
  • Manage the daily operations of all social media platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest, blog posts and email marketing
  • Build brand awareness by driving client engagement, and generating quality leads
  • Maintain a visually consistent and polished design across all channels
  • Report on given performance goals and KPIs with ongoing analysis
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (text, photos, videos) that reflects our brand
  • Optimize SEO and web traffic metrics to enhance our client’s digital experience
  • Respond promptly and thoughtfully to audience inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values
  • Work closely with our team to elevate our client experience
  • Identify opportunities for events, promotions to further develop brand awareness and engagement and express gratitude to our clients
  • Continuously explore ways to elevate our brand’s presence, proposing creative new ideas and methodologies
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends
