  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Location :: Hybrid St Louis, MO (Remote work 4/1 onsite)

Duration :: 6 month contract - potential to extend and/or convert FTE

Job Description

Project Details: Salesforce clean up and data remediation efforts

Must Have Skills:

  • Senior level Technical BA/Business Systems Analysis experience
  • Extensive Salesforce experience/knowledge
  • Needs to know the ins and outs of salesforce - how to apply profiles/permissions, persona-based actions, etc
  • Strong understanding of user management program and how salesforce user access works
  • Demonstrated technical and analytical skills - expert in analyzing and interpreting data and synthesizing recommendations

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Salesforce lightening - experience turning out salesforce lightening capabilities

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Assist with cleaning up salesforce user access and permissions to make it uniform across the board
  • Partner closely with SMEs across the organization on the development or enhancement of new or existing Salesforce functionality
  • Engage with users that fall within a given persona to go through an exercise to rebuild their access - determine what salesforce access/permissions they have and what they need, help with rebuild/implementation, and provide documentation
  • Facilitate and support the communication between stakeholder groups and development/test teams, in order to strengthen a shared understanding and make the development process more efficient.
  • Help manage an agile development process inclusive of the definition, design and development of business requirements and user stories, ensuring that the clients needs are met
  • Serve as subject matter expert on both process and technical implementation details (particularly process optimization and system interactions)
