As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our agency's growth, focusing on working leads, building strong client relationships, and helping customers find the right insurance solutions. We provide comprehensive support, training, and career growth opportunities, with pathways to team lead positions and increased responsibilities.
Compensation: With a competitive starting base salary of $30,000, plus the opportunity for a base salary increase of up to $10,000 after your first year based on performance, this position also offers a competitive commission potential. Total earnings typically range from $75,000 to $120,000 annually, including commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to build a sales pipeline
- Assist prospects with insurance quotes and guide them in understanding their needs
- Build rapport with clients to foster trust and create a referral network
- Work closely with team members, supporting and contributing to a positive team culture
- Strive for continuous personal and professional growth, consistently meeting sales goals
Requirements
- Licensing: Property and Casualty License required
