COMPANY SUMMARY:
Penske Entertainment, the Dallas Cowboys, and REV Entertainment, the official events partner of the Texas Rangers, have joined forces to bring an NTT INDYCAR SERIES race to the streets of Arlington, Texas. The inaugural INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington is set to take place in March 2026. Together, these championship organizations aim to deliver a thrilling new urban racing experience, expanding INDYCAR’s reach and bringing motorsports excitement to Arlington.
Position Summary
The Sales Operations Manager is pivotal in driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying, pricing, and packaging assets, developing rate card pricing, and creating impactful sales materials, including pitch decks, recaps, and reports. Beyond asset management, the Sales Operations Manager delivers data, analysis, insights, and recommendations to support the company’s data-driven sales and partnership strategies. Collaborating cross-functionally, this position leverages diverse data sources, analytical tools, and statistical frameworks to generate reports and presentations that guide sales strategy and new business development. Additionally, this role is instrumental in crafting and delivering sales presentations to prospect companies, innovative ideas, partnership packages, and thought-starters for business pitches, helping the organization meet its revenue goals.

Specific Duties
- Identify and catalog assets available for sponsorship or sale.
- Evaluate and price assets, creating unique packages that align with market demands and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive rate card for all assets, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
- Develop and maintain high-quality sales materials, including pitch decks, rate cards, and promotional content.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create event recaps and detailed reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Customize sales presentations to address client needs, showcasing value propositions effectively.
- Act as a point of contact for promoter relations and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams to support cohesive and consistent communication with clients.
- Lead and/or participate in client-facing meetings and presentations to secure sales opportunities.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to evaluate asset performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare recap reports post-event to demonstrate value and effectiveness of sold assets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve asset packaging and pricing based on data-driven analysis.
- Other special projects and duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, asset management, or a related role, ideally within the sports or entertainment industry.

- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of pricing strategies and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in developing sales materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly motivated and resourceful self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, follow up, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and accurately.
- High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with partner organizations, sponsor representatives, event guests etc.

- Familiarity with the racing industry and a passion for motorsports is a plus.

- General office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
- Evening hours and weekends required, as needed, to meet business needs.
- This role requires frequent domestic travel to client locations, industry events, and corporate meetings, with the possibility of occasional international trips.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying travel schedules and time zones is essential. The ability to manage travel logistics effectively and remain productive while on the road is crucial.
- Must have the stamina to work long hours and must be willing to work an irregular schedule, which may include weekends or evenings.
- Occasional work outdoors requires physical strength and stamina to endure extreme heat, cold, rain and other conditions.
- Primarily indoor office setting with varying noise level during event times.
- Frequent interruptions, some required travel and work outdoors etc.
