- Provide administrative support to the Chief of Contracting Office, Deputy Chief of Contracting Office and Contracting Division
- Work with procurement analysts and contracting officers to collect, consolidate, review, and analyze statistical and narrative information data to provide responses to data calls from higher management and organizational levels.
- Responsible for several business functions for the Savannah District Contracting Division, including managing and tracking all pre-award and post-award audits, taskers and data calls.
- Responsible for managing and tracking all property for the Contracting Division, including management of primary hand receipt and sub-hand receipts to all Contracting Division employees
- Formulate the consolidated Contracting Division budget using income projections from Programs and Project Management, Operations Division, Construction Division and other technical offices.
- Analyze previous budget cycles for cost and expenditure trends and patterns and adjusts budget category recommendations based on those trends.
- Assist Contracting Division employees in development of travel orders and vouchers for training-related travel.
- Manage purchases under the micro-purchase threshold using the Government Purchase Card.
- Manage the Contracting Division’s mandatory training plans for all assigned Contracting. Gathers and organizes information on technical training requirements and mandatory training.
