  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

TITLE: Engineering and Program Management Director

LOCATION: Auburn Hills, MI

ONSITE position.

This is a highly visible position reporting directly to the US Region President.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the engineering team, aligning with company goals.
  • Product Innovation: Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth product development from concept to production.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a positive team culture.
  • Project Management: Implement and manage project planning, execution, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Plastics, or related field)
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering and program management in the automotive industry
  • Strong technical expertise in plastics engineering
  • Proven leadership and project/ program management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
