POS Technical, Marketing, Sales Support

Work hours:
Monday to Saturday -> 5p to 9p PST (same as Los Angeles time)
**Phone must be picked up by live person during work hours**

Must have current or prior POS tech support experience.

Typical Support Tasks:

  • Answer "how to" questions, like change menu price, void ticket, etc.
  • Obtain menu programming info from new users (pricing, modifiers, discounts, etc.)
  • Program new customer menus and associated setup
  • Add new menu times, discounts, void types, etc.
  • Troubleshoot network issues (system down)
  • Provide basic training on POS app, reopen ticket, void ticket
  • Add new network printers (kitchen printers, receipt printers)
  • Add new users
  • Device credentials reset
  • Password recovery assistance
  • Troubleshoot android POS device issues
  • Create ticket for each incident
  • WebChat (sales and support queries)
  • QA New Releases (against design)
  • Create documentation for online help - Bold Desk
  • Bug identification and documentation

Marketing & Sales Support Tasks

  • Create and send Mailchimp offers (creative provided)
  • Update and maintain CRM system
  • Set demo appointments from CRM contacts
  • Web scrape for target email addresses
  • Create and post social media content (creative provided)
  • Email list maintenance
  • Create call lists for telemarketing group and CRM upload
